Cyclists often add a personal touch to their bikes. Some go for wild handlebar tape, perhaps a whimsical mascot strapped on somewhere, or even a cute bell. I went in a slightly different direction with my personalization.

It was thrilling to see them fly past, and to see the large and enthusiastic crowds along the entire route.

The annual Midwest Recumbent Rally took place recently at the Hostel Shoppe store in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. This was the 14th edition of the premier recumbent gathering in the US.
