		<description>Good list for light weight touring.  I copied it to a .doc file for future reference.  I take it you like the Lake SPD sandals, which is what got me to your BLOG.  I will be getting a pair to match with my Rans VRex in hopes of reducing the incidence of hot foot.  I took the liberty of looking back through your posts and enjoyed them.
